Exchange and Return Policy

Can I return if I have received a faulty or defective item? 
We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item. If you have received faulty or defective products (due to manufacturing error), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We did love to provide you with store credit or issue a product exchange for a defect product. We reserve the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met. 

I have placed my order, But I’ve changed my mind. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. If you would like to modify your shipping information, please contact us within 1 hour after the order was placed at shoplavelle.co@gmail.com with your order number along with your enquiry.

However, we cannot guarantee your request will be fulfilled.

Can I place an exchange or return? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchange for all items in Lavelle.
