Do Lavelle ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Malaysia.

How long does it takes for delivery?
We will process and ship out your order within 2 business days once payment is completed (except for weekends and public holidays). You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days (West Malaysia) and 3-5 working days (East Malaysia) depending on the courier company.

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holidays, festive season, sales season etc).

How do I check my shipping status? 
Customer may use the tracking information given via email to check the delivery status.
